2. Data we collect
Account data (email, password hash), family tree content you create (names, dates, relationships, photos, notes), and sharing settings (who you invite to each tree). We never sell your data.
3. Living people and minors
Family trees often include living relatives. Only add information about living people with their consent, and get parental consent before adding children's details or photos. Private trees are visible only to people you invite.
4. Your rights
You can export or delete your trees at any time. Deleting a tree permanently removes its members, relationships, and media. Contact us to request a copy or deletion of your account data.
